**We are looking for a Business Controller Junior to join our team in Santiago de Compostela!** At Mindata Corporación, we are expanding our Finance Department and seeking a junior profile eager to grow within the management control area. **Location:** Santiago de Compostela **Work mode:** 100% on-site at the Santiago office **Department:** Finance and Management Control **What will you do on a daily basis?** \- Support monthly closings and periodic reporting for the department \- Load, validate, and cleanse economic\-financial data in the ERP and dashboards \- Collaborate in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasts \- Conduct basic budget\-vs\-actual variance analyses (under supervision) \- Keep Excel / Power BI reports and dashboards up to date \- Train on departmental procedures, analytical accounting, and corporate ERP **What are we looking for?** **Education:** \- Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance and Accounting, or Engineering with a management orientation \- Additional training in management control, analytical accounting, or corporate finance (desirable) \- Valuable certifications: Advanced Excel, Microsoft Power BI (user level), ERP training **Experience:** \- 0 to 2 years of experience \- Internships or first experience in auditing, controlling, or financial reporting will be highly valued \- Initial exposure to ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI) is desirable **Languages:** Native Spanish Intermediate English (B1\-B2\) Galician is a plus If you are an analytical person with attention to detail and eager to learn in a dynamic environment, we want to meet you!
