We are looking for **Senior / Principal Solution Owners** to lead **enterprise\-scale AI transformation programs** for top\-tier clients in **Financial Services and Insurance.** This is a strategic role combining **AI product management**, **consulting \& client leadership**, and **delivery excellence**. You will work directly with Business executives, Architects, Data/AI teams, compliance specialists, and engineering leads to shape and execute AI initiatives end\-to\-end. The principal candidate will also **grow and mentor a Solution Owner team**, influence delivery methodology, and play a strategic role in shaping our AI\-consulting offerings. ### **What You’ll Do:** * **AI Product \& Solution Leadership:** * Drive the end\-to\-end lifecycle of AI/data initiatives \- from discovery and solution framing to roadmap planning, execution oversight, and measuring business outcomes in close partnership with Solution Architects and engineering teams. * Translate business goals and domain needs into AI solution directions, high\-level architectural considerations, success metrics, and clear business outcomes. * **Consulting:** * Lead **strategic workshops, discovery sessions, and assessments** with senior business and technology stakeholders in **Financial Services and Insurance** environments. * Navigate **regulatory, compliance, risk management, privacy, and data governance** constraints. * **Delivery Leadership:** * Work with AI/ML, application development, and architecture teams to ensure high\-quality, scalable delivery. * Guide backlog prioritization, risk management, Agile processes, and quality controls. * Serve as **the primary client\-facing leader**, ensuring alignment, expectations, stakeholder relationships, and communication. * Shape and scale the **Solution Owner / AI Product practice**: grow, mentor teams, and shape cross\-client delivery excellence. * Contribute to **pre\-sales, proposals, and solution design** for large\-scale transformation anitiatives. * Partner with executives to identify new opportunities and drive account strategy. ### **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience \& Skills:** * Strong background in **Product Management, Solution Ownership, or Program Leadership** — ideally within AI, data, analytics, or enterprise platforms. * Experience leading teams in delivering enterprise\-grade AI/ML/data solutions, preferably within the Financial Services or Insurance industries. * Ability to define the what and why of an AI solution, not just the how. * Technical awareness of enterprise\-grade AI \& data solutions. * Strong consulting skillset: structured thinking, problem decomposition, workshop facilitation, storytelling. * Business development \& stakeholder management experience. * Strong Agile leadership and cross\-functional team management skills. * **Mindset:** * Ownership mentality: accountable, adaptable. * Business\-first thinking with clear value orientation. * Confidence working in ambiguity and defining clarity for others. * Curious about emerging AI technologies. ### **Why Join Us:** * Lead top\-tier engineering teams and cutting\-edge **agentic AI systems**, enterprise AI platforms. * Shape how enterprises adopt AI — from strategy to architecture to delivery. * Grow within a team building modern AI\-delivery practices, tools, and frameworks. * Remote\-friendly culture with strong engineering, data, and consulting partnerships.
