Focus on quality and customer service CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our CATALONIA MAJORICA hotel (PALMA DE MALLORCA). **Main responsibilities include:** * Supervise and coordinate the front office team, supporting the Front Office Manager in the daily departmental organization. * Manage check\-in and check\-out processes. * Attend to guests and resolve incidents, ensuring agile and high-quality service. * Coordinate and supervise room assignments, room changes, and special requests. * Cash handling, daily cash closing, and monitoring of front office administrative procedures. * Supervise reservations, room sales, and availability control. * Manage and monitor guest calls, emails, and requests. * Support training, motivation, and supervision of front office and bell staff under your responsibility. * Ensure compliance with company-established quality standards and procedures. * Replace the Front Office Manager during absences, assuming full departmental operations. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in a similar role or as a receptionist with supervisory responsibilities. * Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are highly valued. * Strong customer orientation and leadership capability. * Organizational, communication, and incident resolution skills. * SAP knowledge is highly desirable.
