Ensure excellent and personalized customer service. **Job Mission:** Reporting to and under the supervision of the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating an excellence service at the establishment’s bar outlets, ensuring a distinctive experience aligned with brand standards. ### **What will you do?** * Direct, plan, organize, and supervise daily bar operations. * Coordinate and lead your team, fostering a high-performance and motivating environment. * Guarantee proper service execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards. * Manage billing, collections, cash reconciliation, and revenue settlement. * Supervise inventories, orders, stock control, and waste management. * Control costs and optimize material and human resources within the area. * Ensure excellent and personalized customer service. * Train and support new hires, guaranteeing a welcome experience aligned with company culture. * Actively participate in continuous training and team development. ### **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position as Bar Manager or bar supervisor. * Proficiency in English. * Results-oriented profile focused on achieving financial objectives. * Experience in team management, leadership, and strong customer orientation. * Ability to plan, organize, and control operations. * Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
