The responsibilities of this role include: * Performing routine and specific cleaning tasks, including cleaning of common areas, emptying trash bins, and cleaning offices. * Cleaning professional consultation rooms. * Strictly adhering at all times to occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations and the company's environmental standards. * Carrying out any additional tasks related to this position category as assigned by supervisors, based on service requirements. ###### **Requirements** * A certified disability \- or incapacity\- of more than 33% is required. * Experience in similar cleaning tasks, willingness to learn, and eagerness to collaborate with the IC Serveis team. * Driver’s license and personal vehicle are desirable. * Residency in the province where the vacancy is located — Mallorca — is mandatory. ###### **We Offer** * Stable position (initial temporary contract with possibility of renewal and long-term stability) * Continuous training and positive work environment. * Full-time schedule. * Salary: €1,050.00 gross/month. ###### **Mandatory Requirement: Resident** Palma de Mallorca
