Requirements * **Proven experience in residential real estate sales.** * **Must reside on the island.** * **Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle).** * Strong commercial and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven profile. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team. * Professional attitude with clear client orientation. * Knowledge of the local real estate market and/or an established network of contacts will be considered a plus.
