Interior Designer (Aquaquae)

Aquaquae is a leading interior design studio and showroom in Mallorca, located in the iconic Portixol neighborhood. We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our team and develop projects from concept through execution, providing close, high-level advisory services to our clients. **Main responsibilities** ***Design and project development*** * Develop interior design projects (full renovations and interior design) across all phases: concept, development, and execution. * Prepare client proposals (floor plans, budgets, 3D renderings). * Draft drawings in AutoCAD (kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and general layouts). * Prepare budgets in coordination with the studies department and site supervisors. ***Suppliers and execution*** * Identify suppliers, request quotations, and prepare product technical specifications. * Coordinate installations, transportation, and assembly together with the installation team, managing potential incidents. * Issue invoices for executed budgets. ***Showroom and coworking space*** * Manage the showroom: brand relations, supplier meetings, order processing, and space styling. * Manage the coworking area: user support, rentals, and incident handling. ***Teamwork*** * Collaborate with and support the project team. **Requirements** * Education in Interior Design or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design projects (experience in high-end, hospitality, or premium retail projects is highly valued). * Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar) is a plus. * Strong market awareness, including materials, furniture, and interior design trends. * Aesthetic sensitivity and creative ability. * Client orientation and strong communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management. * Foreign language skills are valued (especially English/German), given our international clientele in Mallorca. * Certification of disability equal to or greater than 33% is considered an asset, in accordance with current legislation. **We offer** * Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00. * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join an established, reference studio in Mallorca’s luxury interior design sector. * Continuous professional development plan. * Career development path and growth opportunities.
