If you are motivated to generate opportunities from the project’s inception, work with high-end clients, and position a brand in exclusive environments, this could be your opportunity. **Role Mission** Proactively generate business by developing strategic relationships and positioning Aquaquae as the reference partner for premium interior design and furnishing projects from their earliest stages. **Main Responsibilities** * Proactively identify and capture new opportunities in the luxury segment. * Develop and manage a network of contacts: architecture studios, developers, hoteliers, and real estate firms. * Consistently generate and maintain a commercial pipeline. * Position Aquaquae as a strategic partner during the initial phases of projects. * Activate the showroom as a space for meetings, relationship-building, and commercial closing. * Monitor and retain strategic clients. * Represent the brand at events, trade fairs, and networking environments. * Coordinate with internal teams to develop value propositions. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within the luxury segment. * Clearly defined "Hunter" profile, with proven ability to acquire and generate business. * Experience in interior design, architecture, design, or premium furnishing. * An active contact network within the sector (specifiers, developers, studios, etc.). * High aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of design language. * Advanced English proficiency; German is a plus. * Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **What We Offer** * Joining a company positioned in the premium segment. * A project with high impact and commercial growth. * Competitive remuneration. * A dynamic environment linked to high-end projects. * Professional development in a growing sector.
