**Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, is seeking to hire 2 Technical Site Managers - Construction Projects (Mallorca) in Mallorca. **Work Location** -------------------- * Mallorca (Balearic Islands), with travel across the entire island of Mallorca **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize site activities according to instructions from the site supervisor, ensuring work quality and efficiency. * Organize and coordinate personnel, providing specific task instructions to workers. * Take responsibility for machinery assigned to the project, confirming receipt and reporting any incidents. * Supervise project execution through measurements, performance calculations, and material control. * Ensure compliance with safety plans as well as existing quality and environmental specifications. * Prepare and review corresponding work reports and immediately report any accidents or anomalies. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must provide supporting documentation, attaching the following documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the process) as applicable: * Official certification of education or proof of payment of fees for academic degree issuance. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Internship attachments verifying required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold an FP II or CFGS qualification in agricultural specialization, construction and civil works, electricity and electronics, or installation and maintenance (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the Secretariat General of Universities). ### **Previous Experience** * At least 6 months of experience (professional or academic) in building construction projects. ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Valid and current Spanish Class B driver's license. **Merits (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Courses in working at heights. * Basic Level Occupational Risk Prevention Course in construction (60 hours). * FP II or CFGS in the field of Construction and Civil Works. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Prior experience (professional or academic) in building construction projects. **Observations** ----------------- * OFFER: A fixed-term contract of approximately 12 months is offered, with the possibility of extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the hiring reason, the project, and the circumstances of the selected candidate(s).
