




### **About the service** Will distribute, organize and direct the work of assistants in preparing dishes for the shift or event, closely supervising the work, clarifying and informing about any questions that may arise. ### **Responsibilities** * Will be responsible for the proper functioning of the kitchen to the kitchen manager. * All tasks assigned by their service supervisor related to their job position. * Will carry out the preparation, dressing and presentation of dishes for the shift they are responsible for. * Will participate in the control of supply, conservation and storage of goods (HACCP). * Will review and monitor materials and utensils used in the kitchen. * Will manage the preservation and utilization of products provided to them. ### **Who we are looking for** People who enjoy working in the hospitality sector and are eager to grow professionally.
