Responsible for the qualified preparation and garnishing of dishes. 2. Assisting in the setup, service, and dismantling of buffets. 3. Monitoring and ensuring proper storage and utilization of products. DESCRIPTION **JOB MISSION** Perform, in a qualified, autonomous, and responsible manner, the preparation and garnishing of dishes following the instructions of the kitchen supervisor during the shift. Consistently comply with company standards and current safety and hygiene regulations and practices. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** * Prepare, cook, and present culinary products. * Assist in the setup, service, and dismantling of buffets. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues immediately. * Monitor and ensure proper storage and utilization of products assigned to you. * Check the condition and temperatures of refrigeration units. * Date-label food items and implement logical stock rotation. * Maintain hygienic conditions in the work area. REQUIREMENTS * Vocational Training Level 2 in Culinary Arts or equivalent * 1–2 years of relevant experience in similar positions within 5-star hotels * Languages: Spanish is mandatory; English is desirable.
