Main responsibilities include visiting sites to reassess/determine the optical fiber (FO) routing for subsequent deployment of the backbone FTTH network and related infrastructure, as well as maintenance/expansion across various locations in Mallorca. **What We Are Looking For:** * Knowledge and prior experience in optical fiber or cabling. * Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in FTTH network installations. * Knowledge of optical fiber splicing. * Knowledge of electricity and indoor building cabling. * Prior experience with FTTH networks and fieldwork. * Driving license B1\. **What Would Be a Plus:** * Prior experience in related sectors (e.g., electricity, IT, or telecommunications). * Prior experience with FTTH networks. * Certifications in occupational health and safety (PRL) for confined spaces, work at heights, preventive resources, etc., will be valued. * A medium or higher vocational qualification in Telecommunications, IT, Electricity, or Electronics will be valued. * Residence near the Manacor area, Mallorca. * Proactive attitude, analytical ability, initiative, dynamism, and problem-solving skills. **What We Offer:** * Direct employment contract with the company—not self-employed. * Training provided by the company. * Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. * Young, stable company with a good working atmosphere. * **Location:** Manacor (Spain) * **Contract Type:** Permanent * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Sector:** Internet and technology * **Vacancies:** 6 * **Discipline:** Technician * **Work Modality:** On-site
