Do you possess leadership skills? We are looking for you to join one of our centers located in Ponent. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Preparation of meals and/or dinners 2. Compliance with food hygiene and handling regulations 3. Adherence to service protocols and operational procedures 4. Monitoring of HACCP records 5. Plating of special diets 6. Cleaning of kitchen premises, equipment, tableware, utensils, etc. 7. Participation in goods receipt and storage. ### **Requirements** * Proven expertise in institutional catering (hospitals, senior residences, or school kitchens) is mandatory. * Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in a similar position. * Positive attitude, strong character, and willingness to engage. * Knowledge of HACCP regulation implementation. * Eagerness to learn, well-organized, and methodical approach. * Commitment and initiative. * Teamwork orientation. ### **Offer** * Initial 3-month contract with potential conversion to permanent employment based on performance. * Weekly working hours: 39 hrs. * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Institutional Catering: €1,582.05 gross per month (14 payments) or €1,845.72 gross per month (12 payments). * Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, with two legally mandated rest days, assigned flexibly based on the shift roster and center requirements. \- Rotating shifts assigned according to the roster and center needs; typically comprising three afternoon shifts (14:00–22:00) and two morning shifts (07:00–15:00), or vice versa.
