Eosol Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the construction and commissioning phase to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall supervision of the biometane plant construction, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, organize, and direct the construction and commissioning activities of the biometane plant.
* Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, both internal and external, across civil and electromechanical disciplines.
* Ensure proper execution of works in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
* Manage material, human, and financial resources assigned to the project.
* Monitor project progress, identifying and managing potential deviations and risks.
* Ensure continuous compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
* Prepare periodic reports on the status of the works for project management.
* Coordinate commissioning and pre\-operational activities of the plant.
* Resolve technical and operational issues arising during construction and commissioning.
* Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
**Position Requirements:**
* Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager.
* Solid knowledge and experience in construction project management, with particular focus on construction and commissioning phases.
* Experience supervising biometane plants or similar industrial projects.
* Expert-level knowledge in civil and electromechanical disciplines.
* Proficiency in project planning and management tools such as Microsoft Project.
* Experience using design and project management software such as AutoCAD.
* Experience handling cost estimation and cost control software such as Presto or Arquímedes.
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage conflicts.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving capability.
* Willingness to travel and/or reside in the project location.
