We are looking for a Groups Agent to reinforce our team in Palma. As a Groups Agent you will be responsible for coordinating groups/events, as well as organizing and following up on events. **Responsabilities:** * Plan and create tailor\-made offers. * Create standard pricing tables for excursions and transfers. * Prepare and send detailed proposals and power point presentations to clients. * Negotiating prices with suppliers. * Securing and booking accommodation, transportation, venues, activities, etc. * Providing detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the information they need. * Organization and implementation of tour groups, incentives, meetings and events. * Follow up events before, during and after with the client directly. * Contact with Travel Agencies, OTA’S, etc. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position. * Degree in Tourism or similar. * High English level (German would be a plus). * Highly valuable specific training in Event and Groups Management. * Highly valuable experience in big events.
