Your hierarchical manager does not have the authority to approve or block your application, but they must be duly informed. **Are you passionate about data, analysis, and commercial strategy?** =================================================================== Meliá Hotels International’s ***Revenue Graduate Program*** is designed to train future leaders in **Revenue Management**, offering you a comprehensive view of the business and ensuring your development within a demanding, dynamic, and global environment. **What will you do during the program?** ----------------------------------- * You will support the various functional areas you rotate through, aligned with your development plan. * You will participate in key projects within the Revenue Management area. * You will maintain regular contact with your mentor to plan your progress and propose improvement actions. * You will gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s philosophy and apply the corresponding brand standards, identity, and operational procedures. * You will safeguard the customer experience by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. * You will manage incidents, proposing solutions and escalating them when necessary. **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ * **Academic background:** Recent graduate or final-year student in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
