DESCRIPTION One of our most prestigious clients on the island in the field of construction is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor with experience in construction and public works. The responsibilities will be: * Plan and organize the construction process together with the Site Manager. * Define, manage, and optimize the human, mechanical, and material resources required for project execution. * Maintain updated and on-site documentation (updated subcontracting register, Site Health and Safety Plan, updated construction drawings, workplace registration). * Organize work activities and workspaces such as access routes, storage areas, restrooms, work zones, etc. * Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. * Receive materials on site. * Supervise proper execution of the work and control the schedule to ensure timely completion. * Optimize human and mechanical resources to reduce costs. * Optimize management of waste generated on site. * Locate existing utilities. * Carry out layout tasks that do not require surveying work. * Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Plan. * Participate in progress meetings with the Site Management. * Perform measurements of completed work and inventory checks, as well as monitor materials, equipment, and machinery on site in collaboration with the Site Manager. * Report to the Site Manager on project progress and notify potential unforeseen issues, changes, or needs that could lead to contract non-compliance. **Requirements** * Practical knowledge of civil engineering and building construction. * Basic knowledge of surveying. Use of optical levels. Ability to interpret construction drawings and understand measurement criteria. * On-site layout skills. * Training in Health and Safety. Preventive resource training (60 hours). * Basic knowledge of quality and environmental management. Waste management. Waste segregation at source (soil, rubble, asphalt, bulky items, etc.). * Earthworks. Currently, we need to incorporate a **SURVEYOR FIELD/OFFICE** into our team to execute a major civil construction project in the city of **MALLORCA** **Responsibilities** · The job will be performed primarily in the field, under the supervision and direction of the surveying manager. · Setting out necessary points on site to carry out all earthworks (slope tops and toes, excavation depths, required gradients, etc.) · Performing layout of other construction points (structures, fillings, masonry works, etc.) and tacheometric surveys. · Establishing and verifying topographic control networks. · Volume calculations, precise leveling. · Monitoring construction progress using Total Station and GPS. · Documenting field data collected. · Managing and maintaining assigned surveying instruments. · Fully utilizing equipment, software, and surveying systems to conduct and manage project surveying for construction purposes. · Import/export survey data to/from the field. · Anticipate potential issues and be able to resolve them. **Requirements** · Education: Technical Engineering - Surveying Technician or related vocational training in surveying. · Experience: More than 3 years in civil construction. Field and technical office experience is desirable. · Proficiency in using Total Station and GPS. · Experience with various topographic software (MDT) at an advanced level. Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
