On-site technical support and execution monitoring Employment Information Job ID ZR\_133\_JOB Open Date 20/09/2024 Sector Construction Employment Type Full-time Work Experience \+5 years City Palma de Mallorca State/Province Balears (Baleares) Country Spain Postal Code 07001 Job Description At ILERWORK, we are currently seeking a Technical Project Engineer for Mechanical Installations, responsible for the design and planning of assigned projects, thereby contributing to the proper execution of LATAM construction projects for one of our clients. **Main Responsibilities**: * Plan material procurement for assigned projects, with a focus on mechanical specialties, in coordination with the production team. * Prepare specifications for the design, development, and installation of mechanical components, tools, and systems. * Evaluate project requirements. * Measure performance of mechanical components. * Prepare detailed drawings and designs for mechanical systems. * Conduct feasibility studies, test new designs, and analyze technical requirements. * Draft detailed technical documentation and manuals to facilitate on-site project execution. * Review and analyze projects for execution, modifications, and improvements adapted to actual installation conditions. * Source materials, conduct purchase comparisons, and optimize costs. * Provide technical support to the site manager regarding mechanical installations, execution control, and project monitoring. Requirements * Education: Technical Engineering degree * Knowledge of mechanical installations (plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation, aerothermics, geothermal systems, irrigation, fire protection, etc). * Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations is desirable. * Experience in international construction project execution is desirable. * Proficiency in CAD software and office applications. * Experience: 5 years in similar positions * . Experience in the mechanical installations sector * International hotel project design experience will be highly valued. * Teamwork capability and effective communication skills.
