The administrative assistant position is an integral part of the administrative department, where primary responsibilities focus on the efficient and accurate processing of financial and operational information. Core activities include managing invoicing for both suppliers and creditors, ensuring all documents are correctly issued and recorded. Additionally, meticulous control over receivables and payments is required to maintain an organized and up-to-date cash flow, thereby guaranteeing the financial stability of daily operations. Preparing periodic reports is another key task, wherein accounting and administrative data are analyzed to support decision-making by management. Accounting for incoming and outgoing invoices is an ongoing process demanding attention to detail to prevent errors in accounting records. Another important function is handling and resolving administrative incidents, which involves effective communication with various departments and suppliers to resolve issues related to invoicing, payments, or documentation. This role requires a high level of organizational ability, as multiple tasks must be managed simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Compensation is set at an hourly wage, specifically 9\.92 gross euros per hour. The working schedule is full-time, with a weekly workload of 40 hours. The established working hours are divided into two shifts: the first from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., and the second from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. This distribution allows for a midday break. Contractual terms will comply with current Spanish labor legislation. The work environment is characterized by a structured administrative department that values precision and efficiency.
A vocational training qualification (Formación Profesional) or a degree related to administrative fields is required. At least six months of prior experience in similar administrative roles is mandatory. Competent use of office software—particularly Excel and Word—is a fundamental requirement. Experience with enterprise management systems such as SAP or A3\ is also considered a positive asset. Candidates must demonstrate proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and possess strong practical problem-solving skills.
