




Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented Guest Assistant to manage and accompany groups of American customers in Mallorca. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are seeking 1 dynamic and solution-oriented Guest Assistant to manage and accompany groups of American customers in Mallorca during May 2026. Details: Location: Mallorca (residence on the island during the period). Operations: coordination of 4 groups (stays of 6 nights/7 days each). Dates: from 05/01/2026 to 05/25/2026 (inclusive). Responsibilities: \- Airport welcome, hotel assistance (Hospitality Desk), accompaniment during activities and departure transfers. \- Direct coordination with the Project Manager and supervision of suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transportation, local guides) to ensure everything proceeds as planned. \- Proactive management and resolution of questions or incidents. Candidate Profile: An organized person with excellent communication skills and a "problem solver" attitude. Languages: Native or bilingual English proficiency. Experience in MICE or group assistance is a plus. Rest Days: One rest day guaranteed per stay/group. Compensation: To be agreed upon based on profile and contractual modality.
