




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field/Office Surveyor to execute an important civil engineering project, performing layout surveys, volume calculations, construction progress monitoring, and surveying instrument management. Currently, we need to incorporate a **FIELD/OFFICE SURVEYOR** into our team to execute a major civil engineering project in the city of **MALLORCA**. **Responsibilities** · Work will be conducted primarily on-site, under the direction and supervision of the Surveying Manager. · Layout of required points on site to carry out all earthworks (e.g., top and toe of slopes, excavation depths, designed gradients, etc.). · Layout of other construction points (e.g., structures, backfills, masonry works, etc.) and tachymetric surveys. · Establishment and verification of topographic control networks. · Volume calculation, precise leveling. · Construction progress monitoring using Total Station and GPS. · Documentation and recording of field-collected data. · Instrument maintenance and management under the Surveyor’s responsibility. · Full utilization of surveying equipment, software, and systems to perform and manage project surveying for construction purposes. · Import/export of survey data between office and field. · Proactive identification and resolution of potential issues. **Requirements** · Education: Technical Engineering Degree – Surveying Technician or related Vocational Training (FP) in Surveying. · Experience: Over 3 years in civil engineering projects. Field and technical office experience is desirable. · Proficiency in using Total Stations and GPS. · Experience with various topographic software (MDT – advanced level). Basic AutoCAD knowledge. Familiarity with layout surveys and measurements. · PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: Flexibility, autonomy, organizational ability, teamwork. · Valid Class B driving license. · Valuable: Occupational Health and Safety Certification for Construction. **Benefits:** · Salary: Negotiable based on experience. · Offers job stability with a national construction company, professional development, and continuous training.
