




Position Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor for the Home Intervention Service, responsible for organizing, monitoring, and controlling the activities of technical staff. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and coordinates mobile unit technical teams. 2. Supervises the implementation of procedures and resolution of inquiries. 3. Currently, we require a **Supervisor** for the Home Intervention Service at our offices in **Ciudad Real**, responsible for the **organization, monitoring, and control** of the **activities** carried out by **Mobile Unit Technical Staff / Zone Coordination Staff / Installation Technicians**, ensuring continuity and appropriate response to incidents or emergencies requiring their intervention. **What will you do in this role and what will be your responsibilities?** * Prepare work schedules for personnel under your supervision. * Organize and manage the team assigned to your shift. * Monitor and control the activities performed by your team. * Supervise correct application of established procedures and operational criteria. * Monitor and control team activities and service-level indicators during your shift. * Resolve operational queries and support the team. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract. * Full-time position. * Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. * Opportunity to join a young, dynamic team with a positive working atmosphere. **Key Skills and Experience:** * University degree is mandatory. * Experience managing and coordinating teams is highly valued. * Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage high-pressure situations, collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams with diverse perspectives and priorities. **A bit more about us** Tunstall is a market-leading provider of healthcare and assistive technology.
