The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of the employee lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth operation of internal departmental processes. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and review of monthly payroll. * Management of Social Security registration: enrollments, cancellations, and data modifications via the RED System. * Calculation and processing of social security contributions. * Management and filing of labor-related taxes: Forms 111, 216, and 190\. * Drafting and formalization of employment contracts. * Contract notifications via Contrat@. * Management of accident reports and notifications via the DELT@ System. * Handling and resolution of staff labor-related inquiries and incidents. * Coordination with labor advisory services and monitoring of legal compliance. * Support in other processes related to the Human Capital area. #### **Requirements** * Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar field. * Demonstrable experience in SAP HR (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role managing payroll and labor processes. * Up-to-date knowledge of Spanish labor legislation. * Experience in Social Security, employment contracts, and labor taxes. * Proficient use of the RED System, Contrat@, and DELT@. * Residence in Mallorca (mandatory). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in companies with medium-to-large employee headcount. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail. * Problem-solving profile with orientation toward meeting deadlines. * Disability certificate of 33% or higher, as per current regulations, is valued.
