Grow by growing.** **We are seeking a Senior Internal Communication Consultant** for our **Culture & People** department at our **Madrid** offices, with proven experience in consultancy or agency settings delivering corporate and internal communication projects. You will independently execute internal communication projects and services, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control; actively contribute to client retention and commercial development in strategic contexts; and deliver solutions and value-added proposals. If you are passionate about corporate communication, enjoy tackling challenges in dynamic environments, and consider yourself courageous, curious, and possessing your own distinctive voice—this opportunity may be right for you. **What will you do?** * Independently execute internal communication projects and services (campaigns, audits, strategic consulting), ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Manage direct client relationships (account lead): coordinate briefings, track progress, deliver reporting, and propose value-added initiatives that foster retention and generate cross-selling/upselling opportunities. * Define global internal communication strategies and coordinate their execution with internal teams (copywriting, design, audiovisual) and external vendors. * Plan and manage budgets, monitor project profitability, and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables. * Provide daily support and guidance to clients’ People and/or Internal Communication teams (mentoring, internal crisis resolution, operational support). * Develop creative assets and coordinate their production (graphic and audiovisual), as well as campaign scheduling and governance. * Participate in identifying commercial opportunities and crafting innovative proposals. * Contribute to the professional development of junior consultants and interns by sharing methodologies, tools, and best practices. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 4 years’ experience in consultancy/agency settings delivering internal communication, organizational culture, or related projects (including account management capability). * Demonstrable experience managing and coordinating multidisciplinary projects (copywriting, design, audiovisual, vendors). * Ability to design internal communication strategies and translate them into measurable action plans. * Experience managing budgets and monitoring project profitability. * Client management skills: clear communication, negotiation, and results orientation. * Competencies: goal-oriented work, autonomy, proactivity, innovation, training/mentoring ability, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Proficiency in presentation and project management tools (PowerPoint, Excel, collaborative project management platforms). * University degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, HR, or related fields. * Languages: Spanish; English at B2 level.
