We are expanding our Hotels \| WSP team in Madrid within the Buildings \| WSP division, and we are looking to hire an Architect. **What will your role be?** You will participate in real projects from day one, collaborating in the development of technical documentation for projects—including drawings, reports, and other documents—for both project phases and site supervision tasks in non-residential building projects. Your main responsibilities will include developing, together with other office team members, all technical project documentation such as drawings, reports, specifications, technical documents, etc.; performing site supervision duties as an architect; co-signing projects and site supervision assignments under WSP's responsibility (SRC); and contributing to project conceptualization and design. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking candidates with a degree in Architecture and at least two years of experience in project development and construction management. Professional registration is essential, along with proficiency in specialized technical software such as Revit and AutoCAD, and solid knowledge of current technical and urban regulations. Additional skills such as familiarity with complementary tools like Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and other Autodesk platforms focused on BIM coordination (e.g., BIM 360) will be highly valued.
