Job Summary: Baleària is seeking an Operations Agent to manage vehicle embarkation/disembarkation, control cargo capacities, and ensure correct data entry and traffic flow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control of warehouse and vehicle capacities. 2. Operational management of vehicle embarkation and disembarkation. 3. Reservation review and traffic monitoring in the marshalling areas. This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this distinction for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a permanent position as **Operations Agent** at our headquarters in **Alcudia**, and we want you to be part of our team! ### **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Monitoring the loading capacity of each vessel’s various cargo holds and the license plates of vehicles scheduled for embarkation, to ensure proper access control, and reporting any deviations from the established schedule to the office. * Managing the operational process of vehicle embarkation and disembarkation in the marshalling areas and on the quay, following established protocols and assisting mobility for those requiring support. * Reviewing vehicle reservations to verify that data has been correctly entered into the system. * Monitoring traffic in pre-embarkation and embarkation marshalling areas to facilitate the flow of trucks, passenger cars, and passengers, ensuring the safety of staff and customers. * Checking boarding cards to confirm reservation accuracy and scanning them using various devices. * Additional administrative and operational tasks inherent to the role. ### **What Do We Offer You?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
