'Vacances en Pau' is a project developed by the Association since 1987, through which Sahrawi girls and boys aged 9 to 12, from the Sahrawi refugee camps in Tindouf (Algeria), come to spend two summer months in our community, hosted by families in the Balearic Islands. During their stay on the islands, Sahrawi children receive comprehensive healthcare, the programme’s main objective. At the same time, during these two months, the children — together with their host families — participate in various activities organized by the Association, aiming to raise awareness among the Balearic population regarding the Sahrawi conflict. The 'Vacances en Pau' Technical Staff member will join the AAPSIB team to carry out the various functions required to implement this project. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administrative tasks: preparation of all documentation required to implement the project; email management; correspondence handling; database updates... * Personal and telephone support to interested individuals, existing host families, volunteers and collaborators. * Organization of activities within the framework of the programme (coordination meetings, recreational activities…). * Coordination with the various stakeholders involved in the project. **Required Profile:** **ESSENTIAL:** * Higher education qualification, preferably with a social profile. * High-level spoken and written Catalan. * Proficiency in office software and online communication tools. **PERSONAL CAPABILITIES:** * Empathy, respect and ease in interpersonal interaction. * Ability to work effectively in teams. * Organizational and planning skills. **DESIRED (ADDITIONAL):** * Experience in administrative roles, especially involving procedures with public authorities. * Knowledge of and sensitivity towards the Sahrawi cause. * Working conditions: Seven-month contract.
