Toledo km 6.800, Leganés **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Provide site management support in coordinating and controlling tasks required to execute construction works, ensuring accurate interpretation of drawings and technical documentation. * Process information and maintain databases necessary for project management (Office, AutoCAD, Presto, CYPE, etc.). * Support Occupational Health and Safety Coordination. * Monitor and supervise installations during the construction phase. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Academic internship records, where applicable, verifying the required academic experience. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an official Architecture or Higher Engineering/Master’s Degree in Engineering (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 9 months’ experience in site management support tasks. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Documented training in Structures and/or Installations (minimum 200 hours). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * At least 9 months’ experience in site management support tasks (to be verified during the technical interview). * At least 6 months’ experience in monitoring renovation or rehabilitation projects (to be verified during the technical interview). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, established as a substitution contract to temporarily cover 1 position of Architect or Higher Engineer within Tragsa’s Unit until the definitive staffing process via public examination concludes. + Full-time working schedule.
