




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for quality control in a food production plant, performing product verification, critical controls, and food safety activities, as well as report preparation. Training in quality and food safety is valued In the food sector, personnel are required to carry out quality control tasks at the plant: verifying weights, labeling, packaging, dates, and batch numbers. Critical control points, metal detectors, and food safety parameters are also monitored, applying the HACCP system. Other duties include sampling, supporting control activities, reviewing records, preparing reports, and other job-related functions. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with rest periods established by law. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a similar role. * We seek a committed, responsible, and proactive individual. * Training in IFS, ISO, and food regulations is desirable. * Valid driver's license required. * Residing near the workplace is advantageous. * Degree or Vocational Training (FP) in Food Science and Technology, Quality, Laboratory, or related field. \- Training in Food Safety and HACCP.
