The company facilitates travel and covers related expenses when site visits are required. **What will be your mission?** Your **primary mission** will be to provide technical and administrative support in preparing **budgets, tenders, and technical documentation** required for project submission and execution. You will report directly to the company’s responsible manager and participate in the holistic management of projects. Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing **technical and administrative documentation** for tenders and construction projects. * Reviewing **tender specifications and reports** together with collaborating engineering firms. * Requesting pricing information, budgets, and documentation from suppliers and subcontractors. * Preparing **certificates, guarantees, plans, and construction documentation.** * Supporting **occasional technical site visits**, measurement verification, and overall progress monitoring. * Coordinating with the technical office, administration, and site management. **What will make you successful in this position?** We seek a candidate with a technical background: **Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering**, or a related field. Additional training or knowledge in **Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP)** or the corresponding master’s program will be highly valued, though it is not mandatory. Prior experience working for **construction, earthworks, or demolition companies**, as well as experience in **preparing tenders, budgets, or technical documentation**, will be viewed favorably. Proficiency in specific software is not required: what matters most is sound technical judgment, organizational skills, and enthusiasm for learning.
