Job Summary: Ingeteam is seeking a Quality Engineer in Sesma to join the Quality Department, ensuring compliance of manufacturing processes and pursuing continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure manufacturing process quality and continuous improvement. 2. Manage quality control processes and prevent incidents. 3. Coordinate improvement actions with departments and suppliers. **Ingeteam**, a leading company in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a **Quality Engineer** for its **Sesma** facilities. The selected candidate will join the Quality Department team, aiming to ensure that manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with specifications, always striving for their continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Quality monitoring and improvement: analysis of internal and external incidents, verification of specification compliance, and coordination of improvement actions with departments and suppliers. * Management of quality control processes: implementation, maintenance, and optimization of quality assurance methodologies and systems. * Prevention and audits: design of reaction plans for process changes and execution of audits to guarantee the quality of manufactured products. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * English: B2\. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience. Experience around 5 years is desirable. * IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory. Power BI or data visualization tools, and SAP Quality or ERP modules are desirable. * Competencies: We seek a proactive individual capable of managing change, with strong communication skills and interdepartmental influence, able to drive actions and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
