Collaboration with technical support teams Published on 03/06/2026 **Mission** ----------- In this search for new professionals, we aim to fill a vacancy for an **IT Support Technician**, working for a national client with international reach. We are looking for you — someone with experience in user technical support (end-user devices, peripherals, Office 365, microcomputing, etc.) and central infrastructure management (server administration, backups, networks, etc.). You will provide support to all the client’s users worldwide, including those located outside Spain (UK, Italy, Colombia, etc.), so a good level of English is recommended. Your responsibilities will include: * Serving as the primary point of contact for users, delivering first-level technical support (via communication channels such as phone or email) * Logging and documenting user-reported issues in the ticketing system * Providing solutions and basic assistance to resolve common technical problems, such as software issues, network connectivity, etc. * Corrective and preventive hardware and software maintenance (asset management, software package installation, driver, BIOS, and firmware updates, etc.) * Collaborating with other technical support teams to effectively resolve issues * Providing basic guidance and training to users on hardware and software usage **The workplace is in Peralta (Navarra)**, in hybrid mode (remote work for several days per week). **Profile** ---------- Minimum Requirements: * Experience in user support roles * Knowledge of installation and maintenance of microcomputing equipment (end-user devices, applications, peripherals, etc.) * Knowledge of Office 365\. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency — highly recommended * Strong interpersonal skills, both to foster a positive team environment and to maintain courteous, empathetic interactions with users and the client’s staff.
