Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest quality and proper processing of fish—from receipt through to dispatch. You will verify that incoming fish meets our quality and freshness standards. You will be responsible for sorting, accurately weighing, and labeling fish to ensure full traceability. You will also assist in order preparation and distribution route organization. You must maintain clean work areas and monitor storage temperatures, adhering strictly to food safety regulations. Prior experience in the fish sector is required; proficiency with cutting tools and pallet trucks is highly valued. Candidates must be responsible, agile, able to work effectively in a team, and available for early-morning shifts. Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) is mandatory. Temporary contract.
