We are seeking to hire, at our headquarters, an E-Learning Content Digitization and Layout Specialist to transform and enrich our online educational projects. * Interactive digitization and layout of didactic content for integration into e-learning platforms (LMS). * Visual instructional design—transforming plain text into dynamic resources, infographics, diagrams, and structured multimedia elements. * Creation and editing of multimedia resources (animations, explanatory videos, graphics, or interactive activities), with the ability to identify opportunities for improving existing content by exploring creative alternatives or external tools that enhance the learning experience. * Assembly of microlearning modules and full courses using authoring tools. * Ensuring aesthetic quality, usability, accessibility, and proper technical functionality of digital content. **We offer:** * Immediate hiring. * Working hours during July and August: 8:00–15:00. Starting in September: Monday–Thursday, 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00; Friday, 8:00–15:30. * Contract type: Temporary replacement. * Salary according to the agreement for non-regulated training. * On-site work at our offices in central Málaga. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia Design, or equivalent. * Higher Vocational Training qualification in the Image and Sound field (e.g., 3D Animation, Games and Interactive Environments; Audiovisual and Performing Arts Project Realization; Lighting, Image Capture and Processing). Required experience in: * Layout, digitization, and technical integration of training content into e-learning platforms. * Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Easygenerator, or similar. * Experience in technical instructional design: translating didactic scripts or theoretical content into interactive structures, navigation screens, and learning maps. * Knowledge of Instructional Design and UX/UI: Ability to logically and attractively structure information, ensuring a smooth, intuitive, and accessible user experience within the learning environment. * Teletraining platforms (LMS), especially Moodle (at the level of content upload, configuration, and testing).
