Collaborate with BI and Casino teams to optimize campaign performance **Rhino Entertainment** is looking for a **Player Insights Analyst** to join our CRM Team You will be responsible for analyzing customer data and campaign outcomes to enhance engagement at each stage of the customer journey. Reporting to the **Head of CRM,** you will bridge the gap between commercial insights and operational CRM by designing and implementing strategies that foster business growth and operational efficiency. You will focus heavily on data analysis to make informed decisions regarding optimal offerings, campaign budgets, and player value.
