**SENIOR HR TECHNICIAN**

**What will your responsibilities be?**
Reporting directly to Management, you will assume comprehensive management and development of the HR department, becoming the primary contact person for the various companies within the group. Your mission will be to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, systematize and professionalize existing processes, and drive new people policies aligned with the company’s needs and objectives. This is a senior technical role offering high autonomy and long-term career progression potential, ultimately evolving toward full departmental leadership.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Analyzing the current situation and existing needs to design, implement, and improve HR procedures and initiatives aligned with the company’s values and strategy, contributing to the professionalization of both the HR function and the organization as a whole.
* Coordinating with external labor consultants on all matters related to payroll, employment contracts, hiring, and terminations, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee advisory support. You’ll manage and monitor attendance control, work reports, schedules, vacation planning, leaves of absence, temporary incapacity, absenteeism, and workforce sizing.
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting and candidate screening to interviews—as well as onboarding of new hires and internal talent evaluation, supporting internal promotion across the group.
* Driving HR development policies: creating and updating job descriptions, conducting organizational structure analysis, workforce planning, career path development, climate surveys, equality plans, and other initiatives aimed at people development and motivation.
* Identifying training needs and implementing the training plan across different divisions and positions—including its management and tracking via FUNDAE—ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategy.
**What will make you successful in this role?**
To feel comfortable in this position, a degree in Business Administration, HR, Labor Relations, Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field is desirable—though candidates with other degrees but relevant experience in similar roles will not be excluded.
You must have 3–5 years of experience in generalist HR positions, independently managing processes such as personnel administration, recruitment, training, and development. Experience in launching or professionalizing HR projects and procedures from scratch will be especially valued.
