* ### **HSE Supervisor – Photovoltaic Plant** #### **What are we looking for?** We are seeking an **HSE Supervisor** to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in photovoltaic projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, identifying risks, and promoting a preventive culture aligned with project objectives. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on site. * Conduct inspections, audits, and monitoring of working conditions. * Identify hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures. * Prepare reports, incident reports, and incident investigations. * Coordinate safety activities with contractors and project teams. * Promote continuous improvement and adherence to HSE standards. #### **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) or Intermediate Vocational Training (Grado Medio) related to Prevention, Safety, or Environment. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HSE Supervisor in photovoltaic or renewable energy projects. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to work on construction sites. #### **Competencies** * Excellent communication skills. * Analytical and organizational abilities. * Priority management and planning skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team. #### **What do we offer?** * Join a leading renewable energy company within the Bureau Veritas Group. * Participation in large-scale photovoltaic projects. * Professional development within an international and innovative environment. * Continuous training and growth opportunities.
