Description

This position is based in an industrial manufacturing environment specialized in the metalworking sector. The primary responsibility involves operating and maintaining metal forming and cutting machinery—such as lathes and presses—ensuring safe and efficient operation at all times. Daily tasks include interpreting detailed technical drawings to carry out machining and component assembly processes, guaranteeing that all parts comply with established engineering specifications. In addition, the role requires performing fabrication and assembly work with a high degree of precision, making fine adjustments to achieve optimal tolerances and surface finishes for each product. Continuous supervision of the manufacturing process is critical, including in-line quality control to verify that the final product strictly conforms to the company’s quality standards. This role is essential within the production flow, directly contributing to operational efficiency and excellence in workshop-manufactured output. The work environment fosters collaboration and continuous learning, offering the opportunity to work with advanced technology in a dynamic and technically demanding sector. The position provides structured work experience within an established industrial framework, where individual contribution directly impacts the collective results of the production team. The initial contract is temporary, lasting three months, managed through a temporary employment agency, with a realistic possibility of permanent integration into the client company’s workforce upon completion of this period. Working hours run from Monday to Friday on weekly rotating shifts, comprising a morning shift from 06:00 to 13:45 and an afternoon shift from 13:30 to 21:45, with no night or weekend work. A 15-minute rest break is included and compensated within working hours. Salary is competitive and determined in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement governing the industrial and metalworking sectors. The onboarding process is agile, enabling immediate integration into the work team within a well-established professional environment. Training and/or demonstrable experience working in the metal sector or industrial structures—such as machining workshops, sheet metal fabrication shops, or the automotive industry—is required. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings is essential, as is fluent use of precision measuring tools. Manual dexterity in manufacturing environments demanding high accuracy and concentration will be valued. Attention to detail, rigor in finishing quality, and strict adherence to workshop occupational safety regulations are fundamental qualities for this position. A personal vehicle is required for commuting to the workplace.
