Physiotherapist for Senior Residence

We are seeking a physiotherapist for a senior residence in Torrent (Valencia). A Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy is mandatory, along with having a personal vehicle to commute to the facility and immediate availability to start. Prior experience working in senior residences is highly valued but not required. We are looking for someone with a genuine vocation for caring for elderly individuals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the medical team to assess each resident and design an individualized therapeutic plan based on their specific needs. Periodic follow-ups are conducted to monitor progress; physical maintenance programs are developed—including strength, agility, and cardiovascular exercises—and rehabilitation is provided following injuries or trauma. Additionally, guidance is offered on postural hygiene, daily exercises, and treatments to alleviate pain, as well as to restore and maintain joint and muscular balance. This is a temporary position offering 15 weekly hours distributed over 4 days, preferably scheduled during morning shifts. The role is intended to cover vacation leave from September 3 to September 27. An excellent opportunity to further develop your professional expertise in geriatrics.
