Rooted in Granada, we continue to showcase the quality and authenticity of our products worldwide, collaborating with renowned designers and interior architecture studios on international luxury-sector projects. **Job Mission** The Accountant and Administrative Technician will be responsible for ALP Carpets’ daily accounting and administrative management in Spain, coordinating with the external accounting firm and General Management. Their primary objective is to ensure the reliability of accounting records and compliance with tax obligations, while also providing administrative support to the local team. : * Recording and monitoring of general ledger accounts (customers, suppliers, banks, expenses). * Issuance and tracking of invoices, collections, and payments. * Bank reconciliations and treasury control. * Coordination with the external accounting firm for monthly and annual closings. * Management of administrative documentation (contracts, insurance policies, supplies, archiving). * Support in financial reporting and data communication with the Group’s headquarters. * Various administrative support tasks for the team. **Candidate Profile** * Education in Accounting, Administration, or Finance. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in SMEs or an international environment. * Solid knowledge of Spanish accounting standards and office software (Excel, accounting software). * Organized, responsible, discreet, and proactive individual.
