




Job Summary: We are seeking an advanced support and systems/network administration professional, customer-oriented, to ensure the proper functioning of corporate systems and tools. A team that values effective communication, innovation, and growth We are looking for **a professional** with experience in **advanced user support** and systems/network administration, customer-focused, capable of working in Microsoft and Cloud environments, ensuring the proper functioning of corporate systems and tools. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Handle and resolve Level 2\-3 user incidents, both by phone and in person. * Install, configure, and maintain equipment and systems. * Administer corporate networks and services. * Manage cloud-based services and collaboration tools. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and procedures. * Participate in system migration, implementation, and improvement projects. #### **Requirements:** * Hold a **Higher Vocational Training (FP)** qualification in **Information Technology.** * Availability for **occasional national travel.** Experience required in: * User **support** and resolution of **incidents** at Levels 2\-2 * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of **computer equipment and networks.** * Administration of **Active Directory**, network services (DNS, DHCP…), and device management via **Intune.** Knowledge required in: * Microsoft systems and applications, including cloud service management (Office 365, Azure, AWS). * Desktop virtualization (Horizon) and virtualized environments (Hyper-V and VMware). * IP telephony and collaboration tools. #### **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of iOS systems and IBMi environments. * Experience with ITIL methodology. * Certification in Microsoft environments. * English language proficiency. #### **Personal Competencies:** * Customer orientation and strong communication skills. * Technical organization and communication. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and empathy. #### **What We Offer:** * A stable project with a Public Administration client. * A dynamic professional environment with diverse projects that challenge and motivate you. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * A competitive salary package, work flexibility, and benefits tailored to your experience. * A team that values effective communication, innovation, and your growth within the company.
