Description

Job Summary: Key responsibilities include material preparation, setup and adjustment; quality control; machinery operation and maintenance; and production data recording. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and preventive maintenance of printing machinery * **Setup and Adjustment:** Preparation of rollers, clichés (photopolymers), inks, and substrates according to the production order. * **Quality Control:** Monitoring color matching (Pantone), ink viscosity, and print registration throughout the run. * **Machinery Operation:** Controlling web tensions, drying temperatures, and machine speed to optimize productivity without excessive waste. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Cleaning ink pans, anilox rollers, and doctor blade chambers, and reporting mechanical failures. * **Documentation:** Recording material consumption and finished product quantity in the system or logbook.
