Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Interior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end management of retail and store design projects, from conception through final delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the end-to-end management of retail and store design projects. 2. Coordinate and maintain smooth communication with clients, manufacturers, and suppliers. 3. Participate in innovative design and retail projects. A Spanish corporate group with nationwide presence in the retail sector is seeking a Commercial Interior Project Manager. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end management of retail and store design projects, from conception through final delivery. \- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining smooth communication with clients, manufacturers, suppliers, and technical teams. \- Manage and monitor interior design projects: timelines, planning, execution, and quality control. \- Cost management. Oversee project budgets and invoicing: selling and purchase prices, cost control, and margin calculation. \- Support the development of layouts and spatial distribution proposals. \- Review technical drawings and project documentation. \- Monitor deadlines and deliveries, ensuring compliance with brand standards. * Minimum 2 years of experience. Proven experience in project management and leadership, preferably within the retail sector. * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Training in Project Management; knowledge of Interior Design, Technical Architecture, or related fields is desirable. \- Proven experience in project management and leadership, preferably within the retail sector. \- Ability to manage budgets and control project costs. \- Economic analysis capability: margin control, budgeting, and profitability assessment. \- Excellent communication and organizational skills. \- Proficiency in office software (especially advanced Excel) and budgeting tools. \- We seek an aesthetically sensitive individual with a strong sense of design and attention to detail, who is empathetic, proactive, capable of contributing to projects and offering solutions, and oriented toward teamwork. \- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, or other 2D/3D design software is considered an asset. \- Knowledge of the retail sector is advantageous. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional information: Offer includes: Permanent contract.
