Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Engineer or Graduate with workshop experience to develop and deliver technical training courses and improve processes across the workshop network. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and delivery of career plan courses and technical updates. 2. Preparation of reports and action plans to improve quality. 3. Leveraging our global teams, industry expertise, and technological capabilities, we design and deliver customized, sustainable, and innovative solutions and services that help our clients optimize their operations and delight their customers. **Job Description** **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Developing and delivering career plan courses and technical updates; * Preparing reports and implementing action plans to improve quality metrics; * Designing, developing, and delivering technical courses for the workshop network (online courses, microlearning modules, videos, streaming, and in-person sessions); * Supporting brand motivation programs; * Monitoring classroom checklists and executing proposed action plans; * Creating new processes and improving existing solutions. **Requirements** **You are the right candidate if:** * You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Higher Technical Degree in Automotive Engineering, or equivalent; * You have prior experience working in automotive workshops — **Automotive technical knowledge is essential;** * You possess **diagnostic capability and passion** for **automotive technology** (electricity, mechanics, management, infotainment, etc.); * You have at least **intermediate English proficiency (B2);** * You can clearly and structurally communicate ideas. **Additional Information** MSX is an equal opportunity employer and actively encourages applications from qualified and eligible candidates regardless of gender, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, pregnancy or maternity.
