We are seeking an analytical, rigorous, and proactive individual for the Business Finance Controller position to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Director / CFO. If you are looking for a strategic and operational role within a rapidly growing international environment—and are passionate about data analysis to drive business performance and act as a true business partner—this opportunity is for you! **Key Points to Note:** **Location:** Barcelona (Hybrid) **Working Hours:** Full\-time (40 hours per week) **Languages:** Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory) **What Will Your Daily Responsibilities Be?** * Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecast, and 2\-3 year financial planning. * Conduct P\&L, sales, margin, and cost variance analysis by business channel (Retail, E\-commerce, Wholesale) and department. * Design, implement, and monitor key group financial and operational KPIs. * Prepare monthly financial and management reports for the General Management and department heads. * Analyze project profitability, new store openings, and commercial campaigns to support strategic decision\-making. * Monitor and optimize operating and structural costs, identifying efficiencies and improvement opportunities. * Collaborate closely with Accounting, Treasury, and business leaders to ensure the reliability of financial information. * Actively participate in continuous improvement and automation of management control processes and BI tools. **Cash, Stock, and Balance Sheet Management:** * Medium\- and long\-term cash flow planning and forecasting. * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cash balances at both consolidated and individual store levels. * Analyze inventory levels, coverage ratios, aging, and risks of obsolescence or E\&O (Excess \& Obsolete). * Work hand\-in\-hand with Supply Chain to reduce stockouts and optimize turnover to avoid lost sales. * Identify levers for improvement in payment and collection policies and in the cash conversion cycle. * Define and rigorously track financial and operational KPIs linked to working capital and balance sheet items. * **Requirements:** --------------- **What Are We Looking For?** If you identify with the following, we want to meet you! * Minimum 5 years of experience in Management Control, Business Controller, or Financial Analyst roles (highly valued in Retail, E\-commerce, or FMCG companies), demonstrating not only technical excellence but also a clear business partner mindset. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. * Solid understanding of P\&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and working capital. * Advanced Excel skills and proven experience building and managing complex financial models. * Demonstrable experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI is highly valued) and ERP systems. * Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic, actionable insights for decision\-making. * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. * Autonomy and proactivity to thrive in an agile environment, quickly adapting priorities according to business needs. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across departments and organizational levels. **What Do We Offer?** * Full\-time employment contract (40 hours per week) with a hybrid working model. * Offices located in central Barcelona. * A dynamic, collaborative, and international work environment. * Coffee, tea, fruit, and snacks available in the office. * Real opportunities to make a direct impact in a fast\-growing company within the beauty industry. * Flexible compensation package * Exclusive discounts on MiiN Cosmetics products.
