Its rooftop terrace with bar and pool offers the perfect vantage point to enjoy views of central Barcelona. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, customized drinks, and special concoctions aligned with the Volta Bar theme. * Pay meticulous attention to the presentation and consistency of each beverage before serving. * Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, anticipating their needs, and offering personalized drink recommendations. * Possess in-depth knowledge of various liquors, spirits, and common cocktail ingredients. * Stay current with emerging cocktail trends and techniques to provide a unique and innovative drinking experience, and be able to engage guests in professional conversation. * Comply with hotel policies and regulations, as well as provisions outlined in the Miiro Employee Handbook. * Actively participate in training and development programs and fully leverage self-development opportunities. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within a high-end or high-volume bar/restaurant. * Fluency in Spanish and English. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Permanent contract. * Employee discounts across the Miiro Group. * Health insurance. * Training and development.
