We lead the development of state-of-the-art technological solutions in cybersecurity, designing robust, secure, and scalable architectures that enable our clients to tackle present and future technological challenges. **Join our innovation team in cyberdefense!** As part of our positioning as a leading cybersecurity company, we aim to strengthen our team with a **Technical Leader / Innovation Project Lead**, experienced in technical leadership and innovation project management, to join a **strategic technology project within the cyberdefense area** in Barcelona. **What will you do?** * Align project development with the **Product Architect**, ensuring correct implementation of the defined strategy. * Support **project development planning** and backlog management. * Functionally coordinate involved teams and perform **daily development tracking**. * Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. * Support **effort, deviation, resource, and risk management** for the project. * Ensure proper generation of **designs, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts**, considering reference architectures and their application in the project and unit strategy. * Collaborate in technical decision-making, safeguarding solution quality. * Participate in coordination of multidisciplinary teams in technological innovation environments. * Ensure effective communication and alignment among all project stakeholders. **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria.
