It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 80 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, and is actively expanding. CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS is seeking a candidate to join our team as 2nd MAITRE at one of our hotels located in BARCELONA. Main responsibilities include: Supporting the Maître in organizing and supervising room service; managing cellar stock, orders, and inventories; supervising service standards, protocols, and customer care; training and mentoring the room service team on wine and service; coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service; resolving incidents during service with a customer-oriented approach. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS• Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurants as 2nd Maître• Advanced English \+ Other languages are a plus• Outgoing personality, passion for customer service, and strong presence.
