Analysis of contract profitability and resource optimization. **Job Description:** ---------------- We require a Maintenance Technical Manager for our Barcelona office. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of maintenance operations across your assigned client portfolio, ensuring compliance with company-established standards applicable to your scope of work. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination of work activities and supervision of operational staff. * Support to Site Managers and Facility Managers regarding maintenance and applicable regulations. * Monitoring of applicable regulatory requirements. * Adjustment of the preventive maintenance plan. * Proposal of improvements and spare parts management. * Client interaction, as well as communication with assigned Site Managers and Facility Managers per client. * Management of specialized resources and contingency plans. * Preparation of reports, budget acquisition, and development of all types of quotations. * Contract profitability analysis jointly with your supervisor. * Analysis and optimization of utilized human and material resources. * Technical training of staff. **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational qualification (medium-level technician), specialist technician (second-degree), and/or extensive experience in this role. * University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is considered a strong asset. * Technical maintenance management knowledge and general installation expertise, along with experience managing maintenance teams in industrial environments. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Valid maintenance technician certifications for various industrial sectors (RITE, Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, etc.). * Authorization to sign maintenance certificates. * Willingness and ability to travel between assigned sites within the region. **We Offer** * Permanent full-time employment contract. * Flexible working hours. * Competitive salary. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for employees. * Social benefits through our flexible compensation plan.
