If you are seeking a dynamic environment where every day is an opportunity to innovate and create a better world, the Saica Group is the place for you! **Position:** Maintenance Operator **Position Description:** ### **Position:** ### **Maintenance Operator at Saica Natur – Dranca Site** ### **Position Description:** ### **Responsibilities:** * ### **Maintain production elements and facilities in optimal operating and safety condition, considering costs and deadlines** * ### **Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Equality, and Environmental policies** * ### **Ensure adherence to best practices and procedures regarding occupational safety and risk prevention** * ### **Carry out preventive maintenance and implement corrective measures in case of deviations** * ### **Perform corrective maintenance tasks—both mechanical and electrical—ensuring proper intervention and staying within the allocated budget** * ### **Minimize downtime due to failures, thereby maximizing machine availability** * ### **Monitor suppliers and collaborate/coordinate with external companies for on-site maintenance interventions** * ### **Coordinate with the Production Department regarding plant facility shutdowns for corrective/preventive maintenance and collaborate in identifying potential improvements.** ### **Requirements** ### **Training in electromechanical maintenance; minimum 2 years’ experience in similar tasks as described above** ### **Work Experience:** ### **Facilities / Construction, Equipment Maintenance** ### **Education:** ### **Higher Vocational Training: Industrial Engineering** ### **Employment Type:** ### **Permanent** **Work Experience:** Equipment Maintenance **Education:** Higher Vocational Training: Mechanical Engineering **Employment Type:** Regular **Why Choose Us?** By joining the Saica Group, you choose more than a job—you choose a purpose-driven career aligned with your values.
